Unlocking Echidna
To unlock Echidna for use in Versus or Survival modes, you must defeat
her aboard the MSD Cargo Train early on in the game.
Her battle R1 costume is her normal, funky outfit. Her L1 outfit is the
black Mikado suit. R2's outfit is the same as R1's, only it is blue and
grey. L2's outfit is a white version of L1's costume.
